About Me

Always the fat kid in class photos and wouldn't hesitate selling my soul for a Cadbury's Dairy Milk Chocolate. Lost 51 kilograms in three years - I hated every year - but found more of myself in each year.


Goals for 2014
  1. Lose 15 kilos (1-2kgs per month)
  2. Run a 21km race (Run 10kms comfortably by June 2014 + 21kms by December 2014)
  3. Swim Midmar (I have been putting this off for a year - I want to try swim it in one hour, but we'll see)
  4. Enjoy every workout (Vastly impossible in some respect, but I want to walk away from each workout with something positive)
